Are they impossible to get? I am lvl 5 honor already, have been getting at least 2 honors every game for ages, still, since the honor rework, I only got 2 or 3, but still didn't get twitch and WW skins..I am getting nothing but key fragments that I don't need at all..

you can get up to 1 per month or so, and thats it. they only contain champion shards and 2 key fragments or so. apparantly skin shards are possible but stupidly rare.
