We need a replacement for Warmogs in ARAM

Edit: I don't want Warmogs readded, I want a replacement. An Item with fair sustain for tanks and tanky champs.
A way to achive this would be to give this mechanic simmilar counterplay like lifesteal.

Bring it back but give it some health checkpoint system
if you drop below 75% hp, it won't heal you to full just to 75% if you drop below 50% hp, it won't heal you to 75%, just to 50% etc
Poke should have meaning but it should still be regen.

There's no reason. Warmogs was a very overpowered item in Aram because it defeated the whole purpose of the game mode. There was very little healing, and that was the point. Being able to regenerate it all back very fast was unfair. Plus, now the healing totem thingies give AOE healing and seem to spawn faster. Warmogs isn't needed, and I have plenty of fun without it.

removing warmogs turned aram even more into "who has more longrange poke". btw nothing is better than looking at a shitty aram account player on xerath wasting 50% of his mana to poke and then being forced to watch you regen all your health back.
Pikes passive (without the sight requirement, just out of combat) on a warmongs item(cdr + health + bonus scaling) would be literally percent Imo.
Take a bad trade or fish for an engage and get some health back, without abusing the ability to constantly pressure and dip out to get back to full. Basically you'd get more chances to go in, and depending on the engage be able to fight again sometimes, but you wouldn't get unlimited chances or be able to perma soak poke for your team.

I would like to see an item that works like Tahm's grey health, but with Pyke's flat (or percentage) cap on it (based on level)
It would help vs poke but not all in's like Wargmogs is supposed to without completely negating the effect of poke.
Something like: ##Pants of Restoration <Insert Generic tank health/regen stats here> Unique Passive - Poke OP, better nerf Irelia: 100% of the champion damage you take (30% total HP max or <Flat Number based on level>) is stored as grey health. After not taking champion damage for 4 seconds you health for 70% of the stored grey health over 4 seconds.
(Numbers are random ballpark guesses)
Since grey health is now on 2 champions and thus a game mechanic like stealth rather than a single champion's niche thing I think putting it on an item is pretty reasonable. If you have noticed Tahm doesn't struggle vs poke as much as other champions, but isn't obnoxious for poke teams (pre warmogs) so I think taking his mechanic and putting it on a tank item would be pretty fair for both sides.
For the health regen or for the massive slab of meat it gives you?
A mini warmorgs would be nice yeah. Warmogs was pretty stupid but a mini version of it would be nice
I would argue that we need a health item for ARAM, not a regen item. Tank items were nerfed to mostly have resistances instead of health and warmogs/cinderhulk were buffed to compensate. Neither item is available on ARAM.
Frozen Mallet is okay but kind of awkward to build late. Would like to see an item like -
Warlord's Belt Giant's Belt + Giant's Belt + 1000g (Total 3000g)

Now that it's been removed from howling abyss, i'd like to see them revert the health threshold back to 2750 lol I miss being able to get the passive up and running by lvl 13 on soraka.
Alright, since you're going to be so stubborn in contriving some bs situation in which sustain on minions is somehow broken and Warmogs isn't, I have a suggestion for you.
Make a new item that increases hp regen for champions over 3000 hp, melee only. Lower regen than Warmogs, maybe about 1/2 as fast, and only up to 75% of max hp (better yet, make it based on max hp; 5k tanks regen less. Regen scaling negatively with max HP).
Also, make mana regen MUCH LOWER so that champs like Ziggs and Lux can't spam out the other team while sitting safely behind everyone else. Warmogs isn't why people hate playing ARAM.
Minions aren't a reliable source of sustain. On top of the fact that you're not getting much more than 20% lifesteal (unless you're Warwick or Aatrox), in addition to competing with 4 other teammates both for sustain and gold, along with putting yourself out in the open for being hit by poke.
In conclusion, Warmogs was a very safe item that gave a huge advantage to tanks and bruisers who didn't need it. With the addition of the new ARAM items, melees that would have needed Warmogs otherwise are set up. ARAM is about intense, 5v5 team fights with all-ins and punishments for losing hp. Warmogs takes all the strategy out and essentially says, "Wow, your team lost 75% of your hp and the enemy only lost 25%? Go ahead and regen and fight them while they can't do anything." It's not fair. Tanks are already powerful in ARAM without hp regen items.
