If Warmogs will be removed from ARAM, can we get a fair replacement Item?

Warmogs is sometimes really anoying, but some champs or matchups need a way to get their health back. I also really enjoy the Warmogs powerspike as a tank in Aram. If it will be removed, can we get a replacement that is more fair for the enemy team? Why should ad-champions with their lifesteal items and a few champs with good healing be the only champs to be able to do this?

(I also think mages should have access to healing in aram, but more in a lifesteal/spellvamp sortof way)

Edit: a possible passive for the replacement item would be:

when a minion dies, it leaves its essence behind, collecting essence restores 8% of your max-health

this would allow tanky champs to heal, but it can be contested by the enemy team

item 3083 Soraka and now soraka is just trash on aram. She heal for little value on aram (50% heal reduced) + item 3123 item 3165 item 3076 are thing. Also her heal cost 10% hp and she was alredy mana gated other than hp gated. Warmog was the only item that can adress her hp cost with the large amount of graveous wound into the aram. Her ap dmg is too low for going into a Ap build so I think play soraka it's just an unfunny facture thing right now.

item 3084 would probably have been a fair replacement for item 3083 on ARAM, tbh. (It restored 500 HP over 5 seconds if you got a kill or assist)

I distinctly remember an ARAM game as Soraka, where one I had Warmogs, I could stand just out of the range of the enemies and spam my heal to no end, and our Nautalis was my meat shield for any stray skillshots. Warmogs ruins the entire point of ARAM, which is essentially picking and choosing who you kill and trying to squeezwe in poke to gain the overall HP advantage. You can disappear from the fight for 10 seconds and return max HP. Where as Lifesteal is auto attack based, which puts you at a risk on its own. Sure, minions exist, but usually the wave is cleared by the team before you can really heal off them. Warmog's should be replaced by another Item, but comparing it to Lifesteal is kinda silly.

Because minions are a finite resource that can be taken or contested. Standing in a corner for 10 seconds to heal up 3000 HP is not
