pls fix this tahm troll

hi summoners i was playing a game as xin jungle with a tahm support and he was trolling he kept eating me whenever i go in to do my combo and god it's annoying i was 4/0 and got to 13/10 because of him he kept doing this even thoue i asked him not to nicely again and again then i said "stop fucking eating me" i'm not sure but is this considered as flame ? is saying the word "fuck" considered flame even if it's not an insult to anyone ? so he kept doing that and he had his premade kalista who kept telling the other team to report me for flame and ofcourse we lost the game and i got reported riot pls make us able to refuse getting w'ed by tahm's w when he's in team "since +60% of tahms are trolls just like with dj sona we press tab and choose weather to listen to her music or not and i know i can stop his w but it's too late once he uses it on you... (not sure if this is the right section pls move it if not)

I wouldn't really consider it toxic, but it's borderline toxic.

Riot has made a lot of champions with the utilities to let them troll, and I hope they stop with that, I mean, 9/10 you won't see a troll, but when you did, it's generally not a fun experience.
