He wins trades (too well imo) against most champions so he’s powerful in this meta where there’s more emphasis on winning lane and translating into a winning mid game vs late game carrying
Sujiren2 votesHe outrades pretty much anyone in the early game with his % hp damage, and shield. And post laning phase he scales into very soilid tank so there is no reason not to play him. i played him a couple of times and I just felt like I auto pilot win lane.

No, seriously. I can win trades vs Ornn as Sion even with the Unsealed Spellbook build that basically runs all utility runes.
I do think, however, that they should move Ornn's shield to his charge instead of his flame breath so he doesn't get it quite as often.
