For a point and click ability isn't annie Q has low cd

I mean. its a point and click ability with high base damage and scaling. is there any fucking reason it has 4 second cooldown at all ranks? like jesus. make it scale with rank 8/7/6/5/4. that makes fucking sense.

you know what go ahead and fucking downvote me because for an easy champion its okay to be god tier for over a year now. its not like annie should be bad at higher elos because every other simple starter champion is. she gets free easy last hit waveclear that is manaless. shes just simply put the most consistent mage out there and she is too uninteractive. nobody can fucking fight her if they are in her range. mainly because she will spam multiple Qs in the same fight.

I don't really understand what logic do people go by. when an straight forward starter champion is god tier for en entire season? means nothing right?.

I know this thread is essentially just farming down votes, but...it IS too low. Like, it has an 80% AP scaling. And a conditional stun. And a very reasonable base. This would be fine if her other 2 damaging abilities weren't ALSO nukes with 85% AP scaling on W (and that actually has a higher base than Q) and 65% on the explosion of Tibbers, along with all the other damage he does. And you're telling me she NEEDS a low CD nuke that's ALSO the perfect farming tool?
