Hard to communicate when I've been getting at least 2-3 Chinese players every other game. Blind pick is already hard as it stands not being able to communicate outside of pings can be difficult.
*Let me make this as clear as I humanly can, I have no gripe with Chinese players being on the Na servers. It boils down to the days of old with BR players and the language gap causing issues within the team.

I guess I'm screwed, I live in Alaska so my time zone is closer to theirs. So I guess I either learn some Chinese (which I don't know what dialect they're speaking) Or they start responding to pings better instead of insulting the other Chinese players on the other team.

For real though speaking a language not the regions intended languages is considered spam and is a punishable offense. North america is almost entirely english, as central america is part of latin america for commercial and language purposes.
The only real language you could possibly argue for is french, because a decent portion of canada is french. Even then french canadians are taught and regularly practice english.

Just report them and move on. They dont belong on the north american server if they cannot deign to respect the intended language. Its the same problem online games have with Brazilians, and why regional servers for those countries should ALWAYS be a high priority.
