Shurelya's Reverie

Ever since Shurelya's Reverie was replaced by Talisman of Ascension I have felt there was a gap in the item pool, as Talisman did not feel like a true successor to Reverie. With certain items having been released I feel that Shurelya's Reverie could be brought back and renewed without stepping upon Talisman of Ascension. Here is my idea:

**Shurelya's Reverie ** 2200 gold + + + +50 ability power +300 health +50% health regeneration +50% mana regeneration +7% movement speed

Unique Passive: +10% cooldown reduction

Unique Active: Grants nearby allies +40% movement speed for 3 seconds. 60 second cooldown.

The two items are similar but have key differences that make them each unique. Obviously the movement speed active would not stack with Talisman as well, and the percentage movement speed buff may need to be a Unique Passive as well as the Gold value adjusted. This is the general idea, though.
