poppy has been overnerfed

nerfing all her abilities was too much. nerf damage. not the range. plain horrible to play right now. her winrate went down by almost 6%. shes one of the worse top laners now. the problem is that a lot of top laners are nerfed so hard that other laners (supports and mids). are doing better job there. I don't think poppy was op. maybe a little strong in the early few levels but the damage mid late game is not much at all even if you build ad on her. again i do agree that an early game wall stun Q combo chunks 50% or more of someones health in lane. and malphite rammus are tanks that do even more damage. hell even the 58% win rate ekko is now getting some small nerfs tbh. poppy nerfs were more like gutting. geez how can a tank front line champion thats its role to peel for backline do a good job and being a front line tank that peels really well. well one more champion gets over nerfed to give room for the overbuffed one to get nerfed after. the cycle continues.
