Why can't Lux use electrocute with Q + auto but Bard can?

Because Electrolute comes from 3 sources of damage. Bard is : 1) Q 2) AA 3) Meeps Lux ?

im pretty sure bards passive damage comes a little bit after his auto so it counts as 2 unique hits while lux passive hits at the exact same time making it count as 1 same with item 3145

Its probably because people were bitching a while back about lux being able to thunderlords people with a q-aa, so Riot purposely fixed it so she can't do it with thunderlords II. Not many people got bent over by a bard, so there wasn't as much bitching.

BARD THUNDERLORD was pretty uncommon.I can't remember to have saw this or even Electrocute!
