In all seriousness though I do agree he does need some nerfs, I just don't think this is the point to argue for how strong he is.

Another point I'd like to portray is that Lucian is a solid lane bully. It makes no sense that he has as strong and such good scaling consistently into mid and mid-late game. If you're a lane bully, at least balance it out with minor feast or famine by going "capitalize on your early game strength or be punished." With that said, there are other ADC's that scale harder but lack mobility or other areas where Lucian excels at which is also lane dominance. So an ADC with stronger late game scaling of equal skill should not be able to reach late game with Lucian abusing his lane strength... but it makes sense to give them good scaling for just last hitting in lane.
