Because that was the actual problem about Fiora. Its not like her low cd q, her maxhealth true dmg or her big aoe heal were the problem.

Another Patch of permabanning
Nerfing Riposte's CD makes baiting it out more meaningful, and gives you more windows to trade with her.
Compensation buff was completely unnecessary, and holy shit if her late game isn't EVEN STRONGER now.
The point of it is to weaken her early game because of her late game, how do you not see that?
Bladework (E) cooldown lowered to 13/11/9/7/5 from 15/13/11/9/7
because the cooldown now starts after she finishes proccing the ability, rather than immediately.
