Riot nerf vlad please just look at what vlad did in G2 vs C9

The vlad literally griefed his lane making so many misplays such as getting hit by aatrox w in his own minion wave, and afterwards still got to farm even with aatrox and do so much fucking damage while having the right to pool and stopwatch/zhonyas and just outclass c9 top even after he hard inted his lane. IMO. the fact he can not get punished at all after griefing in a matchup he outscales, and do so well after laning phase in terms of damage and utility with pool and stop watch and instant flash engage shows how broken and uninteractive vladmir is. The fact he has been a problem for so long and you haven't even slightly nerfed him is astounding.

Please, reduce his healing off minions by 1/2 for his q ability, that would keep vlad a strong pick, but not the completely fucked up nonpunishable op champ he is right now. If vlad has played well, this nerf won't affect him, because he has enough pressure to q on champions, but if a vlad is rightfully behind because he lost lane because he is unskilled, this can punish the bad vlad players from the good ones. Right now, hes just a great top lane pick to stonewall 95% of match ups top lane and scales into something absolutely disgusting with his instant flash engage, pool, and zhonyas, coupled with the fact as a top laner he gets free tank stats for building aggressive in the damage meta.
