He seems like he's pretty strong. However, I cannot survive very long in a fight despite him supposedly being a tank. I also cannot catch anyone with my passive. I can consistently hit 3 stacks before they get away clean.

How is this guy supposed to be played?

Use your shield to block critical skills not just random ones.. and your passive...? Well it mostly depends on your team to fully proc it lol

He needs an all in adc or to counter a hook enemy support.
