Petition to nerf Black Cleaver / Last Whisper combo

Armor doesn't mean much nowadays. If I'm building over 100 bonus armor on a carry (vs a full ad team), it should actually do something.

Just make Black Cleaver subtract its value from bonus armor, not from the whole armor equally. Ex. 50 base armor, 50 bonus armor Currently, BC would reduce to 35 base armor, 35 bonus armor (100 armor -> 70 armor) Change it to reduce armor to 50 base armor, 20 bonus armor (100 armor -> 70 armor)

Neither item on its own would change, but together they wouldn't be as effective.
