These changes do not help him in any real problem he's facing. He still
A little bit of QOL is nice.. but it doesn't solve anything.
These aren't buffs. They hard nerfed his passive into being useless. There is no skilled player that will ever take a trade during bloodrush, they didn't give him any ability to stick onto targets when he has blood rush. They buffed Q damage when the problem wasn't the damage, it is the long ass cooldown and buggy hitbox. They removed his health costs but nerfed his acutal power output of both W procs. They nerfed his E by making it physical damage, when it is meta to rush ninja tabis. His E was only good because of magic damage so you could still poke people with resistances. They nerfed Jungle Aatrox into the realm of not even a viable jungler, as his passive cannot be utilized by jungle camps. They nerfed his passive to where you cannot revive unless you are currently in Blood Rush form.
Tldr; Taking away health costs does not justify reducing his power windows to almost never actually occur. He is even weaker than he is on live, and after playing 5 games on PBE I can say with quite certainty that he is now more clunky and even less synergistic with his own kit than he already was. This isnt a buff.
Also, W damage got nerfed, don't think it was necessary honestly.
These aren't buffs; his passive AS was taken away and you need to stack a shit ton of health to make up for the loss of the bonus AD ratio on his healing. Then consider the fact that there are no AS/HP items, and BotRK is having its attack speed halved.

I actually dislike that E deals physical damage now. Time goes on, more and more and more champions lose viable offbuilds.

With all the base damage he will be getting, how does Tri-Force sound to you? I know the mana will go to waste but, damn those godlike sheen procs.
Haven't done him in normals but I got him twice in URF on the PBE. A lot of fun, especially the second time when I remembered that he lost most of his AP scalings and actually took AD runes/masteries.
His power seems to have heavily shifted into mid-late game from an early game champion. His blood rush is really easy to get off with 3 aa's and Q>E You can even ult to get it off faster/go ham with a ton of AS.
Getting kited can be annoying but that was always the case and he isn't terribly hurt by it due to any dot on him continuously refreshing his blood rush. The heal on his W is completely useless in a fight compared to the active but gives some good in lane sustain.
