Since you guys have a habit of calling nearly anything cancer, why don't you guys make it known what you guys think is and isn't cancer to have in the game? Like, how much mobility is too much? How much burst is too much? How much tankiness is too much? How much shielding/healing is too much? What champions embody a non-cancerous play style right now? How many fail that test? Maybe then we'll see what direction we need to look in for new champ designs and reworks.

So in a world full of cancer, what's healthy?

Stuff that doesn't make the average player snap their keyboard over their knee even when they're of average skill level and the other guy is in Wood 5. That's a good starting point...

Like? I asked for examples. Give me some.

Zoe and Yasuo (Not that they're OP or imbalanced, but that they're unfun to play against)

Leaving lane early game due to a trade gone wrong and losing botlane tower at 4 minutes. (General tower balance)

Oh wait, you said what was healthy. Well:

  • General champion balance is okay (not good, not bad, just okay. hardly cancerous)
  • Decent objective focus - RH gives people an excuse to go top river and an excuse to ward
  • The support isn't the dedicated ward mule anymore - everyone has trinkets, everyone can buy pinks
  • The overall "(role) meta" concept seems to have evaporated for now
  • The esports scene has never been healthier
  • Runes actually did shake up the game, and we're back to those early seasons feeling of anything is possible (for now)

What champions?

  • Decent objective focus - RH gives people an excuse to go top river and an excuse to ward

That isn't a champion.

  • The support isn't the dedicated ward mule anymore - everyone has trinkets, everyone can buy pinks

Not a specific champion.

  • The overall "(role) meta" concept seems to have evaporated for now

No it hasn't.

  • The esports scene has never been healthier

And people still think it's cancer on these boards. People hate how normal games are shaped due to the fact that eSports games shouldn't have snore-inducing, lane swap infested bore fests where nothing happens for 20 minutes.

  • Runes actually did shake up the game, and we're back to those early seasons feeling of anything is possible (for now)

Still isn't champ design. I asked for non-cancerous champ designs.

..do you want me to just list the entire roster minus 2 or 3? Because that's the answer to your question.

So everyone in the game is not cancer except Zoe and Yasuo?

Cho'Gath's fine?

Janna's fine?

Lulu's fine?

Fiora's fine?

Twitch is fine?

Ezreal, who breaks every new item introduced to the game, isn't "cancer"? He's fine?

If people are gonna be throwing that word around, there should be a clear distinction when they're put on the spot about it.
