Never has there been a champion in every position whose win rate is below 45% until preseason 6.
Never before has there been legit troll picks in solo queue - until preseason 6. There's nothing, literally nothing that you can do now if you pick a champion that has been number nerfed into oblivion.
If the problem isn't fixed (as I doubt it will, since the win rate gap between the highest and lowest winning champions get bigger and bigger), then at least make picking Kha'Zix, Morde, Urgot, Nidalee and Nunu reportable offenses.
