Hard stuck again in Silver
My LP gains are quickly lowering while my loss is going up, making me hard stuck again. Is there any way to increase the LP gain, or do I just go make another account and hope the luck holds out?

If you're meant to climb, you'll climb. Either you'll be getting matched with people higher rank than you (at which point you'll be getting more LP than you're losing) or if your MMR reflects your current rank (and your LP gain/loss is relatively equal) and you're supposed to climb, you will be able to win more than you lose.
Maybe you just play at a silver level right now. The best way to improve your rank might be just to keep playing and to try to improve your gameplay.
