He will take over for Yi and Karthus as the main choice for gold funneling. I've already seen Twitch used in the same way. Buffing him would be a mistake until the gold funneling thing is decisively stamped out.

If this was Family Feud out of 4 million possible answers the number one answer would be to fix the jungle/revert scuttle crab with moving duo/trio/quad ques into flex and out of norms/solo q but instead of admitting their mistake they will go to lowest answer.

Twitch is a very mechanically intensive and high skill cap champion. He is trash right now and is badly in need of buffs.
