@Meddler Is there a small chance that yorick can gain stack from heimer tower and similar stuff

I just had a game against an heimer top and it reminds me something I was wandering some times ago. Why can't yorick get passive stack from ennemy minion like heimer tower, zyra plant or even zz rot while other stack champion can get those? Is it intended or is it a bug. It can't be a narrative stuff because blitz give a tomb, so why make is life horrible him against those champ in particular (as it's either let them free farm with pet or use Q to kill them but lose tomb :s)
