Vision item, time to make some for the mage

As the new map is more and more about vision control, maybe it's about time to either evolve (ruby)sighstone into multiple item fit for different build or make some new item.

We have hit a breakpoint in the game where, if your support (who is the only role with the jungler who benefit from sighstone) doesn't want to ward, you are pretty screw if you don't buy a lot of ward yourself. (leading to delay your stuff if, in the other team, the support give a proper vision)

Maybe, in that case, having a vision item for the mage (with no big stat, some mr or pen magic to not be abuse by other role) will help a lot.

Did Riot ever state about new vision item? I kinda liked the season 4 jungle item for their ward active, maybe something around that could do the job. (or a sighstone made of saphhire crystal?)
