[Question to Rioter] Boards utilisation

Hi everyone

Even if I know that the boards are still in the beta, something really start to bother me these past days

Back in the time, when big change to the game where discussed with the player, the thread were confined on the NA forum leaving other region player no easy way to join the discussion (and I tough it was normal since riot didn't have the tool at that time to handle the possibility of 2 players with same summoner name but from different region on the same thread)

Now that we have the boards, I personnaly though that Riot would give it the priority over old forum for the discussion about big thing (lore change, rework) so that every player can share is though and ask their question with much visibility to the concerned Rioter (while still make a closed thread on old forum with a link to the one in boards to let more poeple jump in the discussion)

But, with the most recent exemple "Let's Talk Cassiopeia", it seems like old habit can't be change. Hear me, i'm sure player are happy to talk about Cassiopeia, but the choice of making this thread in a particular community leave a bad tast in the mouth of those who can't express themsleves there. When you don't have tool to bring as much community as possible to the table it is fine, but when you have it, it just feel like beeing left aside for no good reason.

You said most of the time that you want to improve your communication toward fan base, isn't using more the boards for big discussion a good step to reach that goal? What prevent you from using boards with link in old forum? Is it just hate from "Forum only" player? (personnaly I go on both :p)

I don't know if I'll get and anserw (even if I hope so^^) but it's stil better to ask than do nothing and keep thinking about it^^
