Champion ability priority

WHAT IS IT!? There's no clear way to tell. We have things like Vayne's condemn interrupting Alistar's charge, but Poppy's charge still goes through despite Vayne's condemn. Wouldn't is make any amount more sense at all if Alistar's charge went through instead since he's a huge, jacked bull and not a smurf?

I also think knockups are way too strong. There's zero counterplay. Sure, you can QSS so you can flash out, but if they have more than one you're probably not going to get that off before you're knocked up again or Yasuo ulted. And a team with Malphite, Wukong, and Janna isn't a far-fetched idea.
