Dodge every game where the enemy team has more tanks and/or CC. It's as easy as that.

Hmm, I think that's a factor, but not the whole picture. If they have a lot of tanks but are all AD, there's a good case to be made for sticking with it.
People under-utilize dodging. It's a legitimate strategy and is very profitable for people who want to climb tiers and skip divisions.
