IDK if this is just me but Talon seems a bit too strong right now. His raw damage combined with gapclosing is just ridiculous; the only way to shut him down is with hard cc which he can likely dodge with his Q or E.
Honestly his gapclosing isn't the issue really; he just deals too much damage IMO. But let me know what you think.
