Is Annie ever going to get some love?

Back in the day Annie was one of the stronger mids with her damage and stuns, but these days Annie's damage isn't particularly special, being able to down a champ with your combo is commonly seen with mids, so what are we left with? A champ with absolutely non-existent mobility on top of mediocre range. Annie has been heavily damaged by powercreep and I think a few small buffs here and there (Better mana costs, higher base ms and such) would do wonders without resorting to reworking her or breaking her.

Orianna's the only other midlaner who can participate in wombos like Annie. Few others hit hard enough to play that game.

It's not power creep that's hurt her, it's mobility and utility creep. Her range was the price for her power, and new champions simply don't pay the same price for theirs.
