Could we rework Kalista's side step passive to an active ability?

I've been kinda wanting to get back into Kalista again ever since just leaving her at lvl 7 a while back and playing her just feels not intuitive and not as fun due to the meta changes and patches. If Kalista ever gets looked at again, say a small rework like with Malphite and Wukong, could we look at reworking her passive to an active ability, similar to Tristana's Q? Say swapping it out with the W sentinel? I know this might be controversial to Kalista mains, but if we add an actual passive that actually involves the partner other than the W passive and Ult, it could be healthier to her kit, and we might see her back up the top in a healthier way. This is just a suggestion though so I'm happy to see any ideas as well.

I would agree with the rework of kalista passive but for a different reason With her current "hop every auto" passive she is fundamentally unbalancable as at if she is good at low elo high elo players will utterly abuse her, and if she isn't op at high she is useless at low Combine that with her hopping effectively hard counters any champion that relies on melee autos or ranged skillshots (as it makes it incredibly easy to dodge and kite) meaning she is one of the hardest snowballing champions in the game so she can't be "balanced" because it would make her just obscenely and I fun to lane against and for those not Laning Vs her every game Vs her would feel like a total coinflip where you just have to pray she doesn't get ahead or there is nothing you can do (the vayne effect but amplified) The only way to balance her is to reduce the number of hops she can do My suggestion would be to greatly reduce the q cd (to ez q levels) and make that her hop
