About knockbacks, tenacity and stuns.

With the latest champ releases, displacements are becoming a increasingly common source of crowd control .
As you might know , displacements, such as knock backs, knock-ups , pulls and vacuums(vacui) are NOT affected by tenacity, but using cleanse will make you able to autoattack and use spells again while mid-air.

This has made me think about a possibility: what if not all displacements were counted as stuns?

I'll explain better : displacements could be separated in 2 different cc. A stun and the displacement itself. The stun would be affected by tenacity. Plus, not all displacements would also be stun . They would still inhibit a target from moving , like snares, but they could still cast.

Example: Yasuo last breath is really strong when it prolongs a small flay for 1 extra sec: what if in that extra sec, enemies would be able to autoattack and fire spells?

Of course, most knocks would still have their cc, but this could be a great way to keep displacements in check.

People need reasonable time to react and execute their combos . If you treat dismantlement as stun it would hurt many champions .

Let me be clear here. In my idea, most displacements would still be treated as stuns, meaning that you would be unable to cast or attack while being "moved". However, some champions have displacements in their kit not as a cc, but as a way to stick close, etc: it means that this champion doesn't necessarily need this knockback because he need to cc his enemy with a debuff not affected by tenacity, but rather that he has that knockback/knockup for other purposes. Sure, they would still interrupt channels, but they wouldn't prevent action after that.

For example, Malphite Unstoppable force is meant to be a strong cc: it has sense for the target to be silenced and blinded for the whole duration as that is what it does. Same as Blitzcrank Power Fist.

But for last breath? I'm not so sure that Yasuo should be "attackproof" while ulting, considering the damage he's dealing.
