QoL Suggestion for Self-Targetable abilities

It would be nice if there were an option to prevent self-cast abilities from being cast on your own champion by clicking/smartcasting (as opposed to the self-cast hotkey, default alt + q/w/e/r). This would prevent the embarrassing and often fight-ruining mistake of Lissandra ulting yourself instead of an enemy who's on your face, Morg shielding yourself instead of a teammate hiding under your skirt, or misclicking most of lulu's kit. I never cast anything on myself without using the self-cast hotkey. It's faster and way more reliable. There are literally no situations in which I will cast something on myself via click/smart-cast.

There's a hotkey you can press (default ~ I think) to cast abilities only on enemy champions. I'm not sure if it doesn't work with teammate-cast abilities or not, but either way such a feature would be a lot more user friendly for those of us who don't have surgical precision with the cursor.
