Her Q has a really high cool down and was wondering if it's a good or bad idea if her Q gets a reset after a Kill or Assist or maybe her Q cool down is just halved from a kill or assist.
Or something like what Amumu has where every basic attack lowers his E cool down by 0.5 seconds, so Sej's Q would be lowered by 0.5 seconds for every basic attack hit.
alasarcher1 votesAmumus Q doesnt get its cooldown lowered from basic attacks. His E does,and only when attacked. Thats his AOE ability that only does damage.

RogueWill1 votesSejuani CD on her Q is already low (11 sec) and you normally hit the 40% cdr cap so is usually around 6 sec cd which is actually enough, she doesn't need the reset that badly.

tell me what you build for sejuani to get maxed out CD then
