Jarvan needs a buff

I've played jarvan for a long time ever since season 2 and I have never felt like he was as weak as he is right now imo. He desperately needs his base stats back. I really don't see a reason to play him over vi anymore, and it's really just because it feels like I'm playing a mage with ad abilities when I play him because he's so much squishier compared to like every other melee champ. Just please riot give him back the armor on his e to just him. He had less stats because of that armor and there was no compensation for that.

Side note: Riot PLEASE change the in game model for dragon slayer jarvan to match his not shitty splash art. I have Dragon slayer jarvan as my screen saver but damnit I cringe every time I get in game with that skin. At the VERY least change his horns on his back to a more appropriate bone color, because pink horns just don't fly with me (and I'm guessing a lot of people) on a dude that's trying to look badass. If the colors on that skin in game were darker it would be so much better imo.
