i think that she needs her bird interaction to be actualy made
she has a bird floating above her all the time ... and all that their interaction comes to is basicaly marking random targets (clunky on top of that)? and it doesnt realy feel that connected to the bird ... you could remove the bird and change her skills names and it still would feel as it feels now
this champion just calls out for more bird

He's just something that happens to boost her damage through Harrier. The ultimate further cements this, as Quinn is completely irrelevant during it outside of the Skystrike.
