Katarina, akali zed or whatever coming into the carries? Q or even E silence..... 3 seconds is a lot of time to kill them......
Need to kill a squishy? Ult. Need to have a tanky champion that scales well in hp? Go chogath? Mobility doesn't matter that much if you can't kill the person anyway.
