Leblanc W speed will only affect korean and not NA since they will ask for more nerf

I think Korean will be like wow that thing is soo slow I have time to cook some food and go to the bathroom and still be able to come back in time to see my W still hasn't landed.

American be like, wait what just happened? I died in 2 sec omfg please nerf damage. This is too much I didn`t see any difference between old W and the new one omg.

Hell leblanc winrate might go 96% in bronze, silver and gold but then goes to 33% and 20% on plat, diamond, challenger and master tier.

What is this league of Slow motion? Is this Nurf or something. No point in having mobility if you are going to be that sloooow. Its like skillshot that will never hit like anivia Q, Swain NeverMove more like NeverHit or Veigar W or brand W.

Fall of assassins more like nerf all assassins and buff tanks?

Looks like a good change to me. Current distortion you have to actually predict when and where she will use it to dodge it preemptively. Hopefully at that speed you can actually dodge it reactively.

It is just a tad slower but we'll have to wait and see how it affects her gameplay. Remember, Seeing a champion played by someone else and accusing of being OP, is a baseless accusation unless you have tried to play said champion, no disrespect meant. In my opinion her Q should be a skillshot that passes through minions, at least I would have a chance to evade the dreaded Q-W combo that hits like a truck.

I tested her on PBE and let me tell you its kinda hard to land it on good player. + not only that her E is worst to land now. I don`t think making Q a skillshot would be good since she needs some form of point and click for Quick Quick damage or else she would be like a Vel koz who becomes too team oriented champion. and you know what happened to champion who had a point and click skillshot like Ryze and Veigar it actually affect their winrate.

Another thing everyone here have played this game with over 1000 games or even more. WE all ended up experiencing every champion. The thing that hit the most out of all nerf are usually non damage nerf one such as Azir solder auto attack range, Kog maw movement speed reduction, Ryze Q a skillshot. Its very very huge nerf that doesnt seem overwhelming but trust me when you are already used to those champion before and they are changed just after it just doesnt feel the same. In term of gameplay and mechanic.

Actually he looks more like a Heimerdinger main who probably enjoyed all the free kills that dumbass leblancs fed him by diving into his turrets.

Nerf Leblanc even slightly and the sheep will stop playing her (even if she's still strong). If sheep stop playing, fewer dumbasses diving into his turret line = net loss.

Yes Heimerdinger is utterly Strong and maybe broken. He will never get nerf because he hasn`t been played in LCS. Soo why not abuse him. He is my free win champion vs any elo.

That is a bad exemple :(, Morderkaiser is not strong. How about Malzahar and Swain :3? Those are better exemple of champion untouched but ultra strong.

The only problem with swain is that, he can't really deal with a pushing enemy, and 90% of bronze players push like it's no tomorrow. Against morde, there is no way you are gonna outpush him.

It is a great change it allows supports to predict better and peel for the adc. This is what she needed to allow more effective counter-play. Great job Rito.

She had clear counter play its just because people are not abusing it aswell as they don`t try to counter her or anything. There was a time where I build full MR and did very good vs her. People are just not adapting to champion and are shutting themself down. Getting a Banshee Veil for exemple, Having Mr runes instead of flat abilities power. Warding, Calling mia and soo much more.
