Idea for a System that can replace Runes Reforged

##The name of this System would be: Artifacts of Runeterra

So the idea is that you have a set of Artifacts from each Region of Runeterra. So a few examples would be...

• Piltover: Hextech Conductor
• Zaun: Chemtech Fuser
• Mount Targon: Moon Stone Fragment
• Void: Voidling Tooth
• Shuriman: Sun Disc Talisman

These artifacts would serve to enhance or create a new playstyle like the current Runes Reforged has sort of failed. You would have at least 10 Artifacts for each Region as a way to ensure that every Champion had something to pick or several things to pick.

Some artifacts would bring additional damage, however it would no longer be the core element and requirement for each Artifact and instead they would grants creative unique ways for any champion to be played.

I know all of this sounds too good to be true for most people, and how it's easier said than done. But I have started working on each of these artifacts and what they could potentially bring. But I won't be listing all of them just yet, as I don't have enough time to finish them as of now. So expect to maybe see some updates on this every now in then.

I might actually even post little updates which showcase Artifacts of each Region separately with each Post.
