Last I checked, Aatrox, amumu, camille, chogath, darius, mundo, elise, fiora, garen, gnar, gragas, graves, illaoi, jarvan, jax, khazix, kindred, kled, lee sin, malphite, maokai, nasus, nidalee, nicturne, nunu, olaf, poppy, rammus, renekton, riven, sejuani, shen, shyvana, singed, sion, skarner, Trundle, Udyr, Urgot, Vi, Volibear, WW, Yorrick, and Zac weren't played mid or bot where blitzcrank excels at making picks on

Heim has no mobility and has to hold off his damage to avoid a hook, azir's mobility is too slow, akali has conditional mobility that makes her easy to catch out, diana has conditional mobility that makes her easy to catch out, kennen can be silenced and knocked up before he can r + zhonya, and I'm not sure how to tell you this, but increased movespeed on one person from karma and lulu means that they cannot dodge the hook. Wow, so good.
