Bruiser Update

Perhaps bruiser isn't the right term, but I think there is a class of champions that really needs to be looked at: AUTO SPAMMERS. These types of champions break regularly due to having huge amounts of their power pushed to only one part of their kit. We know the culprits: If an item supports pure attack speed, suddenly these champions become beasts and require nerfs to reign in. If any group of champions needs an update it's these kinds of guys, so that their power can be pushed into other areas of their kits and they won't detonate every time or gets a love tap.

Ok, maybe needs his own update.
