kassadin i feel his base damages is too weak and his mobility doesn't make up for it sure he has a good scaling....7 on q .. but .6 on his w with 140 base damage max rank ? like bruh and blah blah blah for the rest of his kit.. cho ratios > kass hell jax ap > kass even aatrox ult ratio > kass lmfao
