long time ago when riot talked about Alistar they said that a champ with tons of utility should be balanced with mana costs. I'am just applying their logic, thresh mana costs are 80/50-70/50-70/100 can we say if it's low or not? cause Alistar has 85 mana cost on his Q/W and 80 on his heal+100 on his ulti
and Thresh has more utility then alistar
