I mean, look at our last broken champions:

I'm not sure, but I do think that there is a trend going on.

ProfDrDeath3 votesTriforce was better for the game back in S2, when it had better stats, but the proc was only 150% base AD as bonus damage instead of 200%.
This might be a change worth exploring, as burst damage in general is currently a tad high.
