The basic questions for this interaction comes down to IF the return of Skaarl counts as a 'heal'.

I am under the assumption that it is not. In fact, I hope that it is not, because if it is, this combination would be absolutely broken.

Spirit Visage improves healing by 25%

At level 16 and up, Skaarl is returned with 80% of his health (80% of his base health + 80% of bonus health from runes, masteries, items, buffs, ... ect.).

1.25 x 80% = 100%

I'll let you think about that for a minute....

As I said, I don't think this is the way it will work, but if it does, holy shit Riot, what are you thinking? At the very least an exception will need to be made.

But, this is why the PBE exists. I really need to get my own account.

No it does not count as a heal (or at least is not intended too).

I would hope that is the case, but I'm sure you can see why I think it is worth testing.

I'm sure the combination would have been an obvious enough concern for Riot to have tested well before release to PBE, but if everyone assumes some thing is obvious, it never gets tested.

I'm also confident that it has already been built on him several times. I'm just not sure that anyone has actually looked at the numbers. I do that all the time. I want to try something out and in the action of the game, I forget to look at the details.
