Challenge : Be the First to claim Most Satanic Teemo in NA

That being said, I came up with an idea for a title or rank for a challenge quest Idea I had. Each region can have his or her own Title but only 1 title per region.

> Most Satanic Teemo In NA Behold the Power of a Single Shroom Score 1 Penta-Kill by Killing All enemy Champions With a Single Shroom

> __Some people say it can't be done, however with the new runes namely Gathering of the Storm Teemo will have enough power to achieve this, Question is Can you hold a Normal or Ranked game Long enough and then group the enemy to achieve this Goal?
