Possible Veigar Fixes

Veigar Q peirces EVERYTHING (capped at the nearest 2 minions, though, to prevent phenomenal Q farm; will pierce as many champs that line up even after hitting 2 minions, though). W has either a quicker fall speed, or a longer fall speed but significantly larger area of affect. this way, You have a shot at hitting someone inside the E who hasn't been stunned. Finally, Have a circle that forms over time, instantly stunning the near point, and over time, filling the circle on the other end. This final proposal has been suggested by other players to allow Veigar to Defend himself, but also preventing the instant stun at max range.

I would be happy with being able to land W more if my E is less reliable, so I'd be happy with a larger meteor.
