Meta shift and new playstyle(taking ghost).

And people are always asking for buffs for him. Seems they forgot what a terror he can be.

Funny how he's never actually been buffed. At least not recently. But his play style and his Global pressure pretty much allows him to pop into any meta, practically unannounced.

And rightfully so. We're' now back to seeing why. Even with all of those nerfs he finds his way back into defining the mid lane.

Unsure what they can change to make him less on the fence of useless/OP. Without changing his kit.

Only thing left to nerf is his attack range. Maybe 525 is just too far for how much power he has with right clicking.

Kassadin would beg to differ, playing this guy these days is shooting your foot or contracting Leprosy just before you go off into battle. You either have an extremely slow start or you just wither away.

Kassadin is also high on the list.

Twisted Fate once had a truly global teleport... on his E. His passive was once global. His E granted free CDR. Total nerfs (patches):19

Kassadin Total nerfs (patches): 18. No longer has a silence, multiple reworks, significantly reduced damage and ult range.

Like I said, TF's DEFINITELY ONE of the most nerfed champions, and there's a debate to be had whether he's the most nerfed or not. Kassadin's another one on the list with a claim.

Yeah I know but what I mean is, unlike Kassadin, TF still remained playable and felt powerful. So his nerfs weren't that big of a deal. Kassadin just flat out got gutted. Which is as shame because I really the champion's overall theme and design so I might have bought him and even mained him.

The whole global presense shen/TF thing in the news section may have helped. I don't know why pantheon and tahm kench weren't mentioned. Panth top/jungle, shen top/jungle/support, tf mid, TK top/support, and some adc could be an interesting global comp
