UrgotANiceAshe1 voteshonestly the item itself isnt that great. its only good as a 3rd or even 4th item choice on champs like yi or fiora. for its price it offers adverage stats (75 ad, 5% ms, 10 armour pen) and offers 0 cdr for early zed and talon players, all of which come from other items that have a better passive. the uncontrolled auto attack mini zed ult isnt that strong if you compare it to other items, on a 120 second cd its easily countered by 90 second cd qss or zhonyas which are high meta items now adays. plus its unreliable. you get ullted by malphite and do an auto to peel him and you now have to wait 120 seconds having an item that does nothing but give you stats for a large amount of gold. it also offers 0 defensive stats meaning if you rush it you are very easy to gank. i can see the item being strong in low elos like bronze silver and gold where ppl dont buy qss or zhonyas or dont know how or when to use them but in high elo its just too easily countered.
