Soraka's heal should be a skill shot

For real, make Soraka's heal a skill shot that goes in a line and can collide with minions or enemy champions, healing them instead if you miss it on a friendly champion.

It'd make Soraka more interactive and healthy if the heal is more powerful. And Morello would not mind the existence of this champion then, as would everyone else.
