It makes sense because its more bruiser bullshit. The champ that can 1v5 if he gets ahead can also tower dive when behind with 1 kill.
It makes perfect sense. Can we nerf brusiers already. Can we make it so its how you play not the champ you pick. Can we make it so every game isn't dominated by bruisers already?
To me, the biggest problem was not the bruiser but lack of awareness from players. It's like...I ping them each time I see an enemy jungler pass by, but 
is way to busy chasing her enemy mid to see Jax jumping out from the bushes or 
lets Fiora stab her 100 times but doesn't waste her effort on pinging "???" at me even though I pinged missing top like several times 2 minutes ago. Am I supposed to leave my lane and ignore my farm to keep them from getting their heads bash? Am I the one who has to build 
because no one wards?
I would learn a bruiser, but there are none of the champs that fascinate me enough to learn them.
