Add a the enemy team icons to his HUD like with Kindred and Rengar so I can mouse over their portraits and see their ultimate tooltip with my ratios

what i want and thought 
suppose to be is an AP BRUISER
similar to how maokai before rework/runes reforged was a great ap bruiser ( even though he was suppose to be tank )
sadly there are not any great ap bruiser items, and sylas relies too much on what he faces and what ult he takes at what time. due to this the other parts of his kit were overloaded on release and they got nerfed and nerfed and he sits where he is at.
idk maybe change his ult. maybe make it something like old maokais ult where he steals power and stores damage/take reduce damage and can use that as a burst to 1 vs 1
i know i just want old maokai back :(
Sound cool but no need because Sylas is dead. Rito murdered him.
Also having little cooldown circles around them would be cool.
Sylas will never be good. Pro players will constantly complain and cry about him. He's just like Aatrox, Azir, and Kalista. He will never be viable because of whiney pro players.
