What happened to Singed?

A few months ago Singed got a Model Rework and a laugh on his fling , but where is the rest of his content?

If you try to compare him to any tank his damage is laughable, his CC is negligible and he isn't a threat to squishes....at best he is a AoE Slow Bot with Rylais. His kit is original, but he's too weak to go against other top laners....

I love the fact that Righteous Glory feels perfect on him, I just wished that CDR felt like a better option on him instead of building the typical RoA. (Wouldn't it be awesome if he could spam his Fling more often in teamfights?)

What if he got bonus CDR for how long he poisons someone? (E.g For each second an enemy champion is poisoned his Fling get reduced by 1 second) OR CDR affects his poison, causing the damage ticks to go 1% faster for each 1% of CDR

Isn't ROA great on Singed? What with the scaling of the cross-scaling between mana and HP. I kinda imagined that item 3027 item 3110 item 3009 item 3512 item 3060 to be a great built path on Singed

Yeah I don't know what he's on about. Core Singed is still RoA, and I highly recommend Seraph's Embrace.

Also, personally, I don't really even build him tanky anymore unless I'm against a comp that is chock full of CC. Just going item 3027 item 3040 item 3116 item 3151 gives him a ton of hp on its own while also making him a damage powerhouse if you're half decent at running in circles.

You can look at pro guides for singed he's probably my second favourite top laner but i don't really play top that much.

Generally most pros consider mana to be a noob trap. He honestly doesn't need it past his potion and the extra health you get it is kinda not worth all the useless mana.

The thing is as his dot is what deals the damage you can just micro your poison to use half the mana instead of leaving it running while keeping the enemy permanently poisoned and rylais slowed.

A good Singed build would be something like Priority Item: 1: item 3009 or item 3111 (although mercs kinda suck right now) 2: item 3116 or item 3742 3: The other 4: If your snowballing: item 3151 if your not: item 3102 (or more armor if there full ad) 5:Then balance your items according to enemy team

Banner honestly doesn't sound bad but unless they are really heavy ap I probably wouldn't get it early (its also only really good if your team fighting which is weird for Singed)
